These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TrueOps platform, including AquaOps, PoultryOps and future products within the TrueOps ecosystem.

By accessing or using any TrueOps service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.

Eligibility

To use TrueOps services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to act on behalf of the business, organization or entity using the platform.

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse or security breaches affecting your account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering for and using the platform.

Platform Usage

TrueOps provides operational software tools designed to assist businesses with management, reporting, visibility and operational efficiency.

You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

• Reverse engineer or attempt to copy platform functionality

Subscriptions & Billing

Service Availability

However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Platform availability may occasionally be affected by:

• Network or internet connectivity issues

Intellectual Property

All platform software, trademarks, branding, content, documentation and intellectual property associated with TrueOps remain the property of TrueOps Technologies unless otherwise stated.

No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly provided within these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueOps shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Data loss resulting from user actions
• Operational decisions made using platform information

The platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Present security risks
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Abuse platform resources or services

Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time and may request account closure where applicable.
